Although there is no designated pram park it is requested that parents/ guardians leave prams/buggies in the porch/at the front of the building as access for prams/buggies is limited within the building.

There is no patient car parking on site however there is limited car parking available on the street and surrounding streets. Although there is no displayed disabled parking available, it is permitted to drop off in front of the surgery and allow disabled patients to alight vehicles at the front of the building.

Your NHS number is a 10 digit number, like 485 777 3456. You do not need to know your NHS number to use NHS services, but it can be useful to have it.
