Important Notice: Service Disruption

Dear Valued Patients,

We regret to inform you that due to a significant worldwide outage, our clinical system, EMIS Web, is currently down. This disruption is affecting not only our practice but a large area across the UK. The BBC has reported on this extensive outage, highlighting its broad impact. You can read more about it here: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/live/cnk4jdwp49et

We understand that this interruption comes at a challenging time and may cause inconvenience. Please be assured that our team is working tirelessly to manage the situation and continue providing the best possible care under these difficult circumstances.

During this period, we kindly request your patience and cooperation. To ensure we can assist those with the most critical needs, we ask that you contact us only for urgent issues. This will help us prioritize care for those who need it most and streamline our efforts to resolve the situation as swiftly as possible.

For routine appointments, prescription requests, and non-urgent queries, we recommend waiting until our systems are back online. Rest assured, we will inform you as soon as normal service resumes. In the meantime, our reception team is available to provide guidance and support, though please anticipate longer wait times due to the increased call volume.

Your understanding and support are greatly appreciated during this challenging time. We remain committed to your health and well-being and will continue to update you with any new developments.

Thank you for your cooperation and patience.

Sincerely,
